Register to Become an Exhibitor

To reserve your space, you may register online below, or complete the application in the Full Prospectus.

Corporate: $1000 for a 8x10 booth
Non-profit/Government: $800 for a 8x10 booth

All 8x10 booths include:

  • One conference registration
  • One exhibit booth sign
  • One six-foot table
  • Two chairs and one wastebasket
  • Company name, logo, hyperlink, and 30 word description on website under heading of confirmed exhibitors

Move in: Monday, June 20 Starting at 8:00am
Move out: Wednesday, June 22 5:30pm — 9:00pm
Exhibit Hours: Monday, June 20 5:30pm — 7:30pm
Tuesday, June 21 9am — 5:30pm
Wednesday, June 22 9am — 4:30pm

All refreshments will be served in the exhibit area on Tuesday and Wednesday.  In addition, the poster sessions will be housed in the exhibit area.
